Set the clinical jaw position
Use this advanced method when the single-click Correct Position tool is not sufficient. Clinical landmarks calculate the occlusal plane, patient right/left, anterior direction, arch origin, and extrusion direction.

Start landmark alignmentClick Start, then select the four points directly on the 3D model.
Clinical frame calculatedThe occlusal plane is horizontal, anterior is toward +Y, patient right is +X, and intrusion/extrusion follows the selected apical side.
After locking:Movement directions use the calibrated clinical frame. Extrusion points away from the selected apical/gingival side; intrusion is the exact opposite.
